Here's a reel and a few interior shots of the 1,000-square-foot get-ready house, where the bridal party eases into the day. It’s calm, comfortable, and set up to make those pre-ceremony hours feel unhurried.
Inside, you’ll find:

BONUS: If you’d like to earn back up to 50% of your reservation fee, you can ask the groom crew (groomsmen, dads, uncles, brothers) to help set up and put away tables and chairs. It makes the day go quickly and keeps costs down for everyone.
Our catering services are provided through Lake City chefs, area restaurants and other recommendations. Once your venue agreement is in place, you'll receive the Preferred Partner list for ALL services (florist, stylist, photographers, etc.). Never required, just provided as a convenience.

Absolutely. Weather at the lake moves fast—we typically see storms coming across the water with 10–15 minutes’ notice, and they rarely last more than 20 minutes.
The wedding party can wait it out inside the home and our covered patio fits +/- 100 people standing, so we simply pause and wait it out. If the bride wants to stay out of view, she can relax in the Master Suite until the skies clear.
Yes, there is outdoor power accessible for you to plug in lights, fans, and other electronics.
Our property is about the size of a football field, with ample space for 40+ vehicles to park on-site without blocking views or your ceremony backdrop. If guests are staying nearby, it's just a short walk to our property. Weddings with guest counts over 40 are encouraged to walk from nearby cabins and carpool.
Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring in your own vendors, and we’re happy to share some of our favorites.
